Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING [ATTORNEY: confirm this sentence is accurate given purchase bonus entries — see §4]. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS] (“Sponsor”), doing business as Fitted Rebellion. Questions may be sent to partners@fittedrebellion.com.

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any festival, venue, promoter, or event, including any event whose tickets are offered as a prize.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least [18 / 21] years old (or the age of majority in their state, if older) at the time of entry [ATTORNEY: list any excluded states]. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, and agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins at [START DATE AND TIME, TIME ZONE] and ends at [END DATE AND TIME, TIME ZONE] (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both methods have the same chance of winning per entry.

A. Free method of entry (no purchase)

Visit the Giveaway page at [HUB URL]/giveaway during the Entry Period and complete the entry form with your email address, first name, and state, confirm your eligibility, and agree to these Official Rules. Each free entry receives [NUMBER] entr[Y/IES]. Limit one (1) free entry per person and per email address per Giveaway.

[OPTIONAL — mail-in alternative: hand-print your name, address, email, and date of birth on a 3"×5" card and mail it to ADDRESS, postmarked by DATE. Limit one per envelope.]

B. Purchase bonus entries

Each completed order from Sponsor’s seasonal collection at [STORE URL] during the Entry Period automatically receives [NUMBER — currently 5] bonus entries, credited to the email address used at checkout. Cancelled or refunded orders [do / do not] retain their entries.

Attorney note: a free entry and an order are currently worth the same number of entries (5 vs 5). Many jurisdictions require that the free method of entry offer equal dignity and equal odds. Confirm the entry structure (and the “will not increase your chances” sentence above) before opening a giveaway; adjust freeEntries / bonusEntriesPerOrder in src/lib/giveaways.ts if needed.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means, and entries made using multiple or fake email addresses, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

5. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

6. Prize

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. If the event is cancelled or postponed, [WHAT HAPPENS]. Winner is responsible for all taxes and any costs not expressly included.

7. Winner selection and notification

On or about [DRAWING DATE], Sponsor will randomly select the potential winner(s) from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within [NUMBER] days. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release within [NUMBER] days. If a potential winner does not respond, cannot accept the prize, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. General conditions and release

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or from the prize. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and in that case may select winners from eligible entries received before the action. 9. Void where prohibited

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and, where you agree, to send Fitted Rebellion emails, as described in our privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

11. Disputes and governing law
